Indications:
Qi and Blood stagnation in the Heart or Stomach presenting with chest, abdominal, epigastric or flank pain, particularly stabbing chest pain that is fixed in location, worse with pressure or exertion and may be worse at night, insomnia, restless sleep. Tongue: purple, possibly purple or dark spots, or distended and dark sublingual veins Pulse: wiry, choppy

Description:
Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
 
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years in combination with an appropriate constitutional formula.

Salvia miltiorrhiza root, Santalum album wood, Amomum longiligulare fruit, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum. - Dan shen, Tan xiang, Sha ren, Gan cao, Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum.
 
Contraindications:
Contraindicated during pregnancy, or with hemorrhagic disorders. Use with caution during heavy menstrual bleeding. Use with caution in patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
