Indications:
Blood deficiency with mild Blood stagnation in the lower jiao presenting with a shortened or irregular menstrual cycle with heavy bleeding of dark, purplish, sticky menstrual blood with or without clots, sharp and fixed abdominal pain before or during the menses, dull and diffuse pain after menstruation, abdominal distention, or uterine masses. Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years.

Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep, Angelica sinensis root, Paeonia lactiflora root, Prunus persica seed, Carthamus tinctorius flower, Ligusticum wallichii rhizome. - Shu di huang, Dang gui, Bai shao, Tao ren, Hong hua, Chuan xiong.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated during pregnancy, or with hemorrhagic disorders. Use with caution during heavy menstrual bleeding. Use with caution in patients on anti-coagulant therapy. Contains tree nuts.
