Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 3-4 tablets, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 4-6 tablets 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. For insomnia 4-8 tablets may be taken before bed. The effects of this formula may not felt until the patient has taken the formula for several days. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years. It is often administered along with a constitutional formula for a few months to treat insomnia.
