Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 10 pills, 1 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute or severe disorders, dosage may be increased to 3-5 pills every 2-4 hours, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used short-term for few days to a few weeks. Once the acute symptoms are resolved, this formula should be discontinued, or combined with an appropriate constitutional formula.

Angelica sinensis root, Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome, Foeniculum vulgare fruit, Corydalis yanhusuo rhizome, Aucklandia lappa root, Dipsacus asper root, Codonopsis pilosula root, Ostrea gigas shell, Indigo pulverata levis. - Dang gui, Bai zhu, Xiao hui xiang, Yan hu suo, Mu xiang, Xu duan, Dang shen, Mu li, Qing dai.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Use with caution in severe or acute damp-heat or toxic heat vaginal discharges with no concurrent deficiency. Use with caution in hemorrhagic disorders or with patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
