Indications:
Liver Blood deficiency with heat from deficiency disturbing the Shen, presenting with sleep disturbances, insomnia or complete inability to sleep, nervous exhaustion, irritability, uneasiness, palpitations, excessive dreaming, nightmares, night sweats, lightheadedness, dizziness, vertigo, forgetfulness, poor memory, poor concentration, dry mouth and throat. Tongue: normal to red, dry Pulse: wiry, thin, rapid

Description:
Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
 
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 2-3 tablets, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute cases or during the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 2-5 tablets 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. For severe insomnia 4-6 tablets may be taken before bed. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years.

Ingredients:
Ziziphus jujuba seed, Ligusticum chuanxiong rhizome, Poria cocos fungus, Anemarrhena asphodeloides rhizome, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root. - Suan zao ren, Chuan xiong, Fu ling, Zhi mu, Gan cao.
 
Contraindications:
Contraindicated for conditions due to excess. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection.
