Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 3-5 tablets, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. For prevention: 4 tablets may be administered two times per day. In acute conditions 4-8 tablets may be administered every 2-4 hours. May be used short-term for few days to a few weeks. Although Yin Qiao is most effective when taken at the early stages of a cold or flu, it can be taken all the way through a cold to speed recovery.
