Indications:
Lung and Kidney deficiency presenting with exhaustion, chronic dry cough, wheezing, scanty sputum, blood streaked sputum, loss of voice. Lung dryness from chronic respiratory irritation, as in smokers or from other respiratory irritants that dry and damage the Lung fluids. Qi and Jin Ye (body fluid) deficiency with irritability, fatigue, thirst, dry throat, mouth and tongue, post-febrile or post-surgical convalescence. May be useful in alleviating the side effects of radiation therapy, especially dryness and damage to mucous membranes, oral ulceration, decreased salivation and fatigue. General Yin deficiency with physical or mental exhaustion following high stress accompanied by insomnia, memory loss, depression; propensity to infection, diabetes.

Description:
Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 2 capsules daily.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute or severe disorders, dosage may be increased to 2 capsules 3-4 times daily then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. Suitable for long-term use for several weeks to several months. May be used safely over the course of several years.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated for conditions due to excess fire with stagnation. Contraindicated in cases of Stomach damp-cold. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection.
