Indications:
Heart and Liver Blood deficiency presenting with pale complexion, fatigue, weakness, pale and brittle nails, dry skin, hair and eyes, blurring of vision, dizziness, palpitations, post-partum fatigue and weakness, menstrual disorders, post-menstrual fatigue, anemia. Also useful for Blood stagnation with abdominal pain - especially if accompanied by cold from deficiency, traumatic injury, chronic wind-damp Bi pain, chronic non-healing sores and abscesses, and constipation due to Blood deficiency.

Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
 
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 2 capsules daily.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute or severe disorders, dosage may be increased to 2 capsules 3-4 times daily then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. Suitable for long-term use for several weeks to several months. May be used safely over the course of several years.

Ingredients:
Angelica sinensis root. - Dang gui.
 
Contraindications:
Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Contraindicated for conditions due to Yin deficiency. Use with caution during pregnancy. Use with caution in Spleen deficient patients with a tendency to loose stools, diarrhea, poor appetite or chronic digestive weakness.
