Indications:
Spleen and Kidney deficiency presenting with fatigue, lack of energy, poor appetite, soreness and pain in the low back and knees. Heart Shen (spirit) deficiency with insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, excessive dreaming, difficulty falling or staying asleep, poor memory, dizziness, palpitations. Wei -defensive Qi deficiency with lowered immunity, frequent colds or infections, and in long-term debility following illness, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery.

Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 2 capsules daily.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute or severe disorders, dosage may be increased to 2 capsules 2-3 times daily then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. Suitable for long-term use for several weeks to several months. May be used safely over the course of several years.

Contraindications:
