Indications:
Spleen Qi and Heart Blood deficiency with Shen disturbance and cold accumulation. Presenting with fatigue or exhaustion, weakness, listlessness, malaise, poor muscle tone and weakness of the limbs, pale or sallow complexion, spontaneous sweating, cold intolerance, shortness of breath on mild exertion, poor appetite or complete loss of appetite, bloating and fatigue after meals, palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, irritability, lightheadedness, dizziness, poor concentration and memory, bruising easily, scanty menstrual cycles, long menstrual cycles, cracked, brittle, pitted or ridged nails, chronic non-healing ulcers and sores, T: pale, teeth marks, thin white wet coat P: thin, weak, deep, slow

Description:
Min Shan Chinese Herbal Formula
 
Dosage:
Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years.

Codonopsis pilosula root, Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome, Astragalus membranaceus root, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Cinnamomum cassia bark, Citrus reticulata peel, Angelica sinensis root, Ziziphus jujuba fruit, Paeonia lactiflora root, Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep, Schisandra chinensis fruit, Poria cocos fungus, Polygala tenuifolia root, Zingiber officinale rhizome-fresh. - Dang shen, Bai zhu, Huang qi, Gan cao, Rou gui, Chen pi, Dang gui, Da zao, Bai shao, Shu di huang, Wu wei zi, Fu ling, Yuan zhi, Sheng jiang.
 
Contraindications:
Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection.
